Orders are weight based. Orders up to 1kg are charged at £3.75 and dispatched via Yodel (tracked). Orders above 1kg are £6.50 and sent via Overnight Courier, APC.

Dispatch Time (“Lead Time”):

This is the amount of time required by Discount Den to safely package and dispatch your order. However, most orders placed before 11am tend to dispatch within 24 hours (dispatched only Monday – Friday, exluding UK Bank Holidays

Standard Courier Service:

Yodel – 2 to 3 Delivery Days

This is the courier for most standard UK orders. In busier periods such as Christmas, or when couriers experience delays, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.

Tracked Service?

Yodel is a tracked service. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Priority Dispatch: Available

Next Day Delivery: Available

Need your order as soon as possible? Same day dispatch is available for an additional fee. Cut off time is 11am. After this time, priority dispatch may be dispatched the following day. 

If you require next day delivery (Monday to Saturday, excluding UK Bank Holidays), a delivery upgrade maybe available.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the price of your basket. Orders up to £30.00 are shipped for £3.60. Spend more than £30.00 and shipping is free to UK customers.

This is the amount of time required by Geko Products to safely package and dispatch your order. 

Standard Courier Services:

Yodel – 2 to 3 Delivery Days

Evri – 2 to 3 Delivery Days

Your order will be sent with either Evri or Yodel.

Most orders arrive within 2 – 3 delivery days, but allow up to 10 working days in rare cases.

Both Yodel and Evri are tracked services. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Next Day Delivery: Available

If you require next day delivery, order by 10am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and your order will dispatched the same day.

Smaller items have an optional upgrade to DPD Next Day Delivery. Larger items (and if accompanied with smaller goods) will be sent via DPD only.

Royal Mail 48 (standard) is untracked. Most orders arrive 2 – 3 delivery days from dispatch.

DPD is tracked. Most orders arrive the next delivery day (Saturday deliveries may not be available in all areas).

FAQ's

We have 2 sites – the Discount Den warehouse which houses 5000+ items and Rokm Office which is our special office for crystals. 2 locations, 2 shipping services.

We have limited shipping services for USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

If shipping services do not display in your Basket or Checkout, we may not ship to your country.

European Union Customers: We are in the process of making our products available. Please bare with us.

Unfortunately not. Discount Den (part of Rokm) and our Rokm Office operate from 2 different sites. It means we have to charge shipping fees for each site.

You’ll see both of our charges at checkout if you have items from both our sites in your basket.

We advise that you wait 10 working days to allow your shipment to arrive. This includes both tracked and untracked services.

If on the 11th working day your order, or part of your order (if you ordered from both Rokm Crystals and Discount Den) still has not arrived, contact us to let us know. Rokm will re-issue your order, or fully refund if replacements aren’t available.

It takes up to 2 working days to process, pack and dispatch your order.

If you place an order over the weekend, the lead time or “packing time” begins when businesses return for the new week.

Most services will then aim to deliver your order within 2 delivery days, unless you opted for next day delivery, or a priority dispatch.

In order for us to take action and offer a refund, you must do the following:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of accepting your delivery.
  2. For damaged goods, take pictures of the packaging and/or the damaged items and email us with your order number (or use our Contact Us section).
  3. We will dispatch a replacement at no cost to you.

An order will be classed as “lost” after 10 working days. Let us know your order hasn’t arrived and we will re-issue your order.

In both cases, if items are no longer available, we will refund you for all affected items in your order.

You can contact Rokm Exclusive in various ways. The fastest way is via Whatsapp.

However, if it is less urgent, you can create a new ticket in “My Account”, use our Contact Us section, or email us.

We endeavour to reply within 24 hours and Whatsapp, within 8 hours.
