  • Discount Den: Personal information may be shared with suppliers operating on behalf of Discount Den such as Ancient Wisdom Marketing Ltd, Puckator LTD, Geko Products LTD or other third party wholesalers listed on rokm.co.uk in order to fulfil customer transactions. Only the information customers provide (Name, Address, Email Address and Telephone Number) will be used to fulfil an order. Your data will not be shared with any third party for the purpose of marketing or profiteering. Rokm LTD’s suppliers for Discount Den have govern their own Privacy Policy which explains how customer’s data is used and stored. Rokm LTD only engage with third party suppliers who do not share customer’s personal data to any third or fourth party from the customer’s perspective. No financial data relating to customer’s payment information is shared with any third party supplier. Only Rokm LTD’s own payment information is shared with any third party for the purpose of completing a customer’s order on rokm.co.uk.
  • Rokm Rentals: Customers personal information will be accessible to Rafe Whysall, company Director and company employees working for Rokm LTD. No personal information will be shared with any other organisation unless it there is reason to believe customers are engaged in illegal activities such as fraud, non-surrender of company property, for example, hire equipment not surrendered at the end of the rental term, or other illegal activities covered by UK courts and legislation.

At least one person will be appointed to handle all communication with past and present customers, or to maintain the smooth running of Rokm Crystals, Rokm Events, Discount Den & Rokm Rentals until Rafe Whysall can resume normal activities. In the event that Rafe Whysall employs staff customer’s personal information will be shared with Rokm’s employees in order to communicate with customers about their purchases and/or to obtain advice from professional advisors and/or for the purposes of employee training. Only personal information required for delivering tangible goods will be shared to third party wholesalers such as Ancient Wisdom, Puckator and other UK based wholesalers responsible for completing customer purchases. At no point are customer’s financial information shared with any third party wholesalers, suppliers, groups, or affiliates.

• Discount Den: If customers use the subscription service to access Discount Den products, customer’s billing information will be stored with WooCommerce PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
• Rokm Crystals and Discount Den: All third party payment providers used by Rokm are PCI-DSS compliant. This means when a customer completes a transaction on the Rokm website, payment information is stored, processed and transmitted by third party payment providers as named above. Rokm does not store, process or transmit customer’s payment or billing information directly.
• Rokm’s third party payment providers may store customer’s billing or payment information for security monitoring purposes or for subscription payments. Rokm’s third party payment providers do not sell customer’s personal information and adhere to strict rules and regulations.

• Any references to “Rokm Exclusive” must now be referred too as “Discount Den.” Rokm LTD has stopped all use of Rokm Exclusive as a trading name effective 19^th November 2023 and substituted with the trading name “Discount Den.” This includes any material on our website rokm.co.uk and external sources such as social media and sources beyond our control such as affiliates, external websites, news and media and any other reference to Rokm Exclusive.
